This per diem opportunity offers a dynamic role as a PRN Pharmacist in retail pharmacy, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring accuracy in prescription processing. The position involves working select shifts on the following schedule:

• Saturday, 10/3: 8 AM – 12 PM
• Monday, 10/5: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Tuesday, 10/6: 11 AM – 7 PM

Location: Hartford, CT

Responsibilities:

• Review prescription data and verify products for accuracy and safety
• Provide patient consultations, offering knowledgeable guidance on medications
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Connecticut pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience, preferably in retail settings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
