Job Description
TITLE
MRI Technologist - MRI

SCHEDULE
Shift: 06:30 - 15:00, Monday-Friday

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum: 2 years MRI experience
- Required certifications: ARRT (MR), BLS
- Experience with charting systems: EPIC
- Competency on GE equipment required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a variety of MRI examinations on adult and geriatric patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
- Administer and prepare contrast media as required, including starting peripheral IVs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for each procedure.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Orientation: 40 hours; missing any portion may delay/cancel start.
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
- No RTO allowed during the first week (orientation).
- Licensing: Must have NC or Compact license in hand at time of start.
- Candidate must report for required testing within 48 hours after signing.
