HR Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain operations, is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department, supporting manufacturing operations and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to HR functions, aligning successfully within a dynamic organization committed to diversity and excellence. Job Title: HR Specialist Location: Eau Claire, WI What's the Job? Perform HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and policy enforcement. Support recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and new hires. Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports. Coordinate employee events, wellness activities, and company communications. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and assist with employment law adherence. What's Needed? Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least 3 years of experience working within an HR department, especially in manufacturing or supply chain environments. Knowledge of employment regulations such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and FMLA. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high sense of urgency. Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. What's in it for me?
