Production Supervisor - $70k - $80k year- Fond du Lac, WI Industry: Food Manufacturing Shifts: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM OR 6:00 PM–2:30 AM Need to speak English & Spanish About the Role An established food manufacturer is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to lead production employees, achieve daily production targets and maintain high standards across safety, food safety, quality and productivity . Role: Lead production teams to meet daily production and packaging goals . Make daily staffing decisions and create employee schedules. Train employees on SOPs, equipment operation, safety and quality requirements . Support production line setups and changeovers . Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs and food safety requirements . Review production records for accuracy. Identify production barriers and communicate issues to leadership. Make hiring, disciplinary and promotion recommendations. Drive a safe, organized and productive manufacturing environment. Requirements: 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within production and packaging. Previous food manufacturing supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong team leadership and communication skills. Experience with production scheduling and staffing. Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, food safety and manufacturing safety . Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
