Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Support the firm in a broad range of activities, coordinating all aspects of marketing and business development efforts Manage all aspects of response to RFQ/RFPs, closely collaborating with leadership Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Research and prepare materials for client interviews Assist with new business/client development efforts Create engaging graphic and written content for marketing materials and distribution of marketing materials via direct mail, email, social media and other outlets Manage CRM tool Manage all social media accounts and website updates Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses Coordinate with external vendors for print advertising and other marketing materials Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in AEC industry Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Graphic design experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills We offer competitive compensation packages including salary commensurate with experience.
