Per Diem Job Details

• Job Title: Receptionist
• Job Status: Per Diem

* Schedule: Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.
• Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.
• Supports the administrative team with duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an office setting and or switchboard (required)
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and usage (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification (preferred)
