Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs. Available Shift(s): The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 5:00 P.M. Local Routes : will a potential out of town overnight. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard. Education, Requirements & Competencies Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.) Strong safety mindset Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma, GED highly preferred 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience Bilingual Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting Driving Record Expectations Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): LimitedMVRmoving violationsorPSP report violations. Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test.
