Office Building CleanerCleans and keeps all office buildings in an orderly condition.Essential Functions: Includes but not limited to:Cleans assigned areas, showers, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, floors, and walls with brooms, mops, soap, and other cleaning materials.Performs cleaning duties such as waxing floors, emptying trash cans and waste baskets. Dusts desks, furniture, equipment, and washes and cleans windows.Sweeps walkway and surrounding areas of building as required.Keeps the work area clean and orderly.Reports necessary maintenance items in a timely mannerPlace orders for cleaning suppliesOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands:Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbsEducation/Training Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred (able to read and write in English)Drivers License required
