Job Description As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch in Chandler, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. In this driving post, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, manage access control and badge processes, and help respond to security‑related concerns with professionalism and teamwork. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $24.80 / Hour Job Schedule Wednesday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access support activities, and when appropriate, emergency response communications. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, relay information to assigned personnel, and document security‑related activity in a timely manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, helping to coordinate communication between on‑site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as needed. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records related to incidents, visitor activity, badge or credential concerns, and other location procedures within a highly regulated aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
