What You'll Be Doing
This isn't just a desk job - it's the heartbeat of our field operations. As a Dispatcher, you'll:

• Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time
• Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories
• Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly

• Evening availability is required

Bonus if you have experience in dispatching or HVAC, but it's not a deal-breaker.
