What You'll Do Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial and regulatory reporting packages. Research and interpret complex accounting guidance and prepare technical accounting analyses. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements. Partner with Corporate Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and external auditors. Assist with the preparation of financial statement disclosures and supporting schedules. Analyze financial data and reconcile reporting differences between various reporting bases. Support external audits, regulatory examinations, and internal compliance initiatives. Monitor changes in accounting guidance and reporting requirements, evaluating their impact on the organization. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies. Participate in special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. Serve as a technical accounting resource for finance leadership and business partners. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Approximately 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience. Current or recent experience with a Big 4 or large regional/national public accounting firm. Audit Manager or Senior Manager experience strongly preferred. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to research complex accounting matters and communicate recommendations effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving financial services or regulated industry clients. Experience with financial reporting, technical accounting, or regulatory reporting. Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance. Experience mentoring or leading engagement teams. Exposure to enterprise reporting systems such as Oracle, Workiva, SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms. Prior industry experience in this specialized reporting area is not required.
