O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in serving customers and may manage the store in the manager’s absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes staffing, training, interviewing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including POS and merchandising.
