Tax Preparer We are looking for an experienced tax preparer to prepare federal and state tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120S and 1120. The candidate must be registered with the IRS, hold a PTIN, and be able to pass internal and IRS exams. The role requires ethical conduct, responsibility, and detail orientation. Strong knowledge of various tax software and applications. Ability to respond to IRS and State notices. Excellent communication skills for client interaction. Research skills and ability to work independently or in teams. 3‑5 years minimum tax preparation experience; enrolled agent preferred. Bookkeeper Responsibilities include maintaining books for various clients using QuickBooks and Peachtree Accounting software. Key functions: bank reconciliations, payroll handling, invoicing, payment collection, and general ledger transactions. 3‑5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Proficiency with GAAP. Ability to create invoices, collect payments, enter and pay bills. Generate 1099s and W2s. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor’s or master’s in accounting preferred. QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Premier/Enterprise and Point of Sale. Minimum 3 years of experience as a QuickBooks trainer across various industries (medical, restaurants, law firms, technology, retail, wholesale). Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; organized, prioritizing, meeting deadlines. Professional written and verbal communication; customer‑centric demeanor. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Business Development Manager Train, supervise, and lead the existing business unit. Acquire new clients and retain existing ones via excellent customer service. Resolve client issues swiftly, manage and motivate the team. Bachelor's degree and 2‑3 years of experience selling incorporation, bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation services. Excellent interpersonal skills; experience delivering proposals and presentations. Detail oriented, team player, and strong customer‑service focus. Recruiter – Accounting/Finance & Taxation Recruit and grow the team by identifying talent aligned with company goals. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or financial field; MBA preferred. Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in the financial field. Knowledge of CIA, CMA, CISA, CPA certifications encouraged. Experience in a practicing financial role a plus. Manage requisitions throughout the lifecycle and communicate company goals effectively.
