Experienced Full Stack Developer | Long Island, NY (On-Site to Start)

We are seeking an experienced Program Analyst / Programmer to join a small, highly capable internal development team supporting business-critical applications.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, contribute across the full stack, and grow with the company long term.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET Core (MVC / Razor Pages)
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related frameworks
• Design and implement backend services and APIs
• Create and maintain backend services and integrations
• Write and optimize SQL queries / SQL Server database functionality
• Participate in application design, enhancements, and long-term roadmap discussions
• Support the full software lifecycle from planning through deployment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with:
• • ASP.NET Core
  • C#
  • JavaScript
  • HTML / CSS
  • SQL / SQL Server
• Experience with Git, Visual Studio, IIS / Windows Server
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work on-site initially in Nassau County / Long Island
