Automotive Sales Support Specialist Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Automotive Dealership – Sales Support / Business Development Center (BDC) Pay: Hourly + Performance Bonuses Get paid for scheduling appointments – not selling cars Job Description: We are hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership call center. This role is focused on responding to inbound and outbound leads, handling phone/text/email communication, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, working in a structured environment, and getting rewarded for performance without the pressure of closing deals, this role is for you. What We're Looking For: Strong phone presence and clear communication skills Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and coachability Sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills, CRM experience is a plus but not required Automotive experience is a plus but not required What You'll Do: Respond quickly to inbound leads (internet, phone, & chat) Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team Provide a friendly, professional first impression of the dealership Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure smooth handoffs Follow proven scripts and processes (with room for personality) -You are not responsible for closing sales or negotiating prices. -Your success is measured by appointments scheduled and shown.
