Responsibilities: Greet customers and conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess service needs and concerns Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on customer descriptions and technician inspections Communicate vehicle diagnosis, recommended repairs, and service timelines clearly to customers Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals prior to initiating repairs Coordinate workflow between customers and service technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion Follow up with customers on vehicle status and notify them of any additional repairs or delays Upsell preventative maintenance services and additional repairs based on vehicle inspections Process payments and review completed repair orders with customers at vehicle delivery Requirements: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing auto service role Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance schedules, and repair terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a high-volume service environment Experience with auto service management software (AllData, Tekmetric, RO Writer, or similar) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills About Us: America's Service Station has built a trusted reputation in the Alpharetta, GA community by delivering honest, high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services.
