Director of Growth

Position Summary

As Director of Growth, you'll be responsible for executing Eden Brothers' growth strategy across our direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels – driving impact and discipline across paid media, CRO and retention. You'll partner closely with the VP of Marketing and agency partners, stewarding a significant budget and directly shaping growth trajectory and revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive and consistent partner with a strong bias for action. They have a deep understanding of ecommerce growth levers, identify opportunities and activate, and know how to ask the right questions to distill broader goals into short-term actionable objectives. Experience leading paid social, paid search and retail media strategy is required.

What You'll Do

Ecommerce Leadership

• Manage sales and media performance across DTC and marketplace channels.
• Translate financial and sales performance targets into actionable growth strategies.
• Own the ecommerce loop from testing analytics insight strategy activation.

Paid Media

• Direct media budget and agency partners, driving efficiency, scale and strategic innovation.
• Forecast advertising budgets, efficiency expectations and channel contribution estimates.
• Identify opportunities to diversify across search, social, audio, direct mail, CTV, etc.
• Partner with agency and creative resources to scale the effectiveness of ad creative.

CRM & Retention

• Scale lead capture on the site, testing and optimizing messaging, creative and offers.
• Build and refine automated lifecycle flows to drive retention, LTV and non-paid scale.
• Optimize the retention engine through CRM churn reduction, engagement and sequencing.
• Scale membership program and loyalty incentives in a high-repeat purchase category.

CRO & Commerce

• Drive discovery and conversion through effective merchandising and creative tactics.
• Optimize the experience to improve basket sizes, attach rates and cross-category sales.
• Help lead the campaign and promo calendar to drive efficient acquisition and retention.

Testing & Experimentation

• Activate the test-and-learn agenda across media, retention and commerce levers.
• Help grow a culture of curiosity through structured testing cadences and shared learnings.
• Facilitate the insight-to-strategy loop on PDPs, CLPs, PLPs, checkout and merchandising.
• Structure and analyze offer tests on price, promotions, shipping and other incentives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Own growth analytics, regularly sharing insights that drive prioritization and activation.
• Establish dashboards and reports that make performance clear and actionable.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, growth marketing, or performance media roles
• Proven track record of owning ecommerce budgets and delivering growth
• Hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social and Amazon Ads
• Hands-on experience with the Shopify and Amazon ecosystems
• Strong love for analytics – you are comfortable modeling scenarios and translating data
• Experience managing agencies and driving momentum across cross-functional teams
• Leads with clarity, kindness, and accountability – making it easy for teams to deliver their best work
