Maintenance Manager

Seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the food processing and packaging plant. This role leads maintenance best practices, including Continuous Improvement, TPM, and predictive maintenance, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, etc.). Responsible for managing maintenance budgets and costs, this position oversees the planning and execution of equipment and facility maintenance to maximize product quality, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency. Key Responsibilities Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, training, and prompt resolution of safety issues. Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team through training, coaching, and performance management. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Manage budgets, capital planning, and inventory control to optimize costs and asset performance. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration while tracking KPIs and supporting plant operations and projects. Qualifications 7+ years of leadership and maintenance experience Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Expertise in high-speed food processing and packaging equipment, automation, and robotics. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and maintenance systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, and schematics; familiarity with FDA, OSHA, and EPA standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
