Project Engineer

Project EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the project manager and team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendorsMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraintsConduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progressPrepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIsAssist in the preparation of project estimates and budgetsUtilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverablesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are metProvide technical support and guidance to field personnelRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProven experience in construction management or related fieldProficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft ProjectFamiliarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar programsStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsWe offer competitive compensation packages including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
