North Royalton YMCA is seeking a Child Care Lead Teacher to administer and improve childcare programs at designated YMCA sites. You will create lesson plans, maintain site records, and ensure compliance with state licensure while coordinating with staff to ensure high-quality care for children. The role requires coordinating with supervisors, planning activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the space.
