OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Muncie, IN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate OTR dry van lanes from Muncie, IN, moving freight nationwide as a solo CDL-A professional. You’ll run scheduled long-haul routes, secure loads, and coordinate closely with dispatch to keep deliveries on time while representing HMD’s safety-first culture.

Core responsibilities:

• Safely operate late-model dry van tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and secure freight per DOT standards.
• Communicate status updates with dispatch and customers to resolve issues.
