YOUR DAY AS A PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
When you join our office, your day as a Patient Services Representative begins with energy and purpose as you welcome patients, check them in, collect balances, and answer calls with clarity and warmth. You confirm essential information, manage insurance and demographics with precision, and schedule appointments with efficiency. Every action you take helps streamline the clinic's workflow, allowing our medical team to focus on delivering exceptional care.
