BIM/CAD Specialist - Transportation

Procon now seeks a skilled BIM/CAD Specialist - Transportation to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM and CAD models specifically for transportation infrastructure projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes and updates into BIM models. Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM workflows to support clash detection, constructability reviews, and project coordination meetings. Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and models in accordance with company and client standards. Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM/CAD best practices and software applications. Participate actively in design review sessions and contribute to problem-solving for complex transportation design challenges. Ensure timely delivery of BIM/CAD deliverables to meet project milestones and client expectations. Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols for transportation projects. Qualifications Two-year associate's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field required. Bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with BIM and CAD technologies in transportation or civil infrastructure projects. Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM/CAD tools. Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure design, including roads, bridges, and related structures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary project teams. Demonstrated ability to manage and organize complex BIM models and project documentation. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy in deliverables. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
