Surveillance Security Officer – GardaWorld Security Services GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. This role requires a sharp eye and strong observational skills to monitor security systems and ensure the safety of the premises. Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises. Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities. Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions. Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies. Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Prior experience in a manager role. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Authorized to work in the U.S. Documentation of high school diploma or GED. Pass an extensive screening process. Knowledge of security operations, incident reporting and site procedures. Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills. Strong proficiency with technology. Security, military or law‑enforcement experience favorable. State license, if required. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
