Job Description: As a Travel MS/Tele RN, you'll care for adult patients recovering from medical conditions and surgical procedures, while closely monitoring their cardiac status. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient status and care interventions accurately

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Strong time management, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
