Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse located in Harlingen, Texas. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting, supervising staff when appropriate, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse; work eligibility in Texas
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with perioperative nursing practices and certifications in surgical nursing
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervision of clinical staff delegated care, supporting high standards of patient safety and care quality, and ensuring competency of staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.
