Sales Associates

Mounds Pet Food Warehouse

Job Description

A typical shift includes:

Cashiering and other register duties
Selling products and assisting customers with their product needs
Discussing Mounds brands and benefits with customers
Discussing current promotions and featured products with customers
Replenishing and rotating stock as directed by the manager on duty
Fronting and tidying merchandise
Attending to damaged product per policy
Ensuring the store is neat, clean, and organized throughout the day
Other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Qualifications:

Part-Time applicants must work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Availability to work shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and a Saturday or Sunday shift every other weekend is required

Full-Time applicants must work a minimum of 38 hours per week. Availability to work shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and a Saturday or Sunday shift every other weekend is required.

Ability to follow instructions working independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently to shoulder height and reach above eye level (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
Ability to use pallet jacks and other equipment to move product weighing up to 2000 lbs. (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
Cash handling and experience in point-of-sale systems required
