Description Mon‑Fri 8 a‑4 p Springdale, AR Primary Duties and Responsibilities Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework. Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion Help customer achieve agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials Perform other duties as assigned Quality decision making Effective communication Superior problem solving Interpersonal effectiveness Receptive to feedback Positive work ethic General Requirements for All ICM Employees Understands and endorses ICM’s mission and vision Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and asks for clarification and explanation when needed Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations Maintains a clean and orderly work environment Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education) Maintains prompt and regular attendance Work Schedule Shifts Vary Qualifications Education Required High School or better. Experience Required Must be 18 years of age or older At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency OR two years of verifiable successful history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
