RESPONSIBILITIES Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Life/Health insurance license (must be able to obtain). Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
