Total compensation is $86,000 - $98,000 , which includes your base salary and $8,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics. How we'll grow together: Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on a minimum of 28 hours of care a week, as well as a bonus plan of up to $8,000 annually based on efficiency & quality care metrics. Total compensation (base + bonus) for this role starts at $86,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise. Requirements: You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client. You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
