Production Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Nevada, IA

Pay Range: $18-22

Shift: 1st 6am-230pm 7am-330pm 8am-430pm

What's the Job?

Operate shear saw and band saw equipment efficiently and safely
Unload finished products from machines and prepare for next steps
Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
Read and interpret tape measures accurately for precise measurements
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided
Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
