About the Role

The Regional Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of company products throughout a regional network while maintaining full accountability for on-time performance, equipment condition, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Drivers are expected to operate with the utmost of professionalism, ownership, and integrity by completing thorough inspections, managing documentation accurately, communicating operational issues proactively, and upholding the company's safety and performance standards at all times. This role does require overnight travel in a sleeper truck.

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, but requires flexibility.

About You

Valid Class A CDL, current Medical Examiner's Certificate, and acceptable driving record. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. Must have operated a CMV with trailer within the last 6 months. Minimum 1 year of refrigerated (reefer) trailer experience. Ability to pass a pre-employment driving test, DOT drug screen, and background review. Clean driving record with no preventable accidents or major moving violations within the last 24 months. Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions, and solve problems effectively while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
