Are you an experienced machinist who takes pride in precision work? Do you enjoy a small, steady shop where you can do meaningful work without the chaos of a huge facility? If so, this could be a great fit for you.


A company in Medina is looking for a CNC Manual Machinist who can run, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and CNC equipment. Full-time is preferred, but we're open to part-time for the right person who can get the work done.


Pay varies widely ($17-$65/hr) based on how experienced you are and how independently you can run/maintain the machines. We're open to paying top dollar for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment
• Perform setups, adjustments, and corrections
• Troubleshoot machining or programming issues
• Produce small, precise parts such as nozzles, brackets, and fittings
• Assist with other shop tasks and projects when needed
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding progress and machine performance

• Strong manual machinist skills
• Experience with fitting, programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Someone reliable, respectful, and consistent
• A person who takes pride in doing the job right
• Great attendance and punctuality
• A proactive mindset and willingness to help where needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a manual/CNC machinist
• Ability to identify and correct issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working with tools such as calipers, hand tools, gauges, measuring tape, etc.
