Behavioral Health Pharmacist - Interdisciplinary Care Lead

Capacity Path is seeking a Behavioral Health Pharmacist for a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL. You will verify and dispense medications, conduct clinical medication reviews, and optimize psychotropic regimens with the care team. You will monitor for interactions and side effects, provide counseling, participate in rounds, support formulary management, and contribute to adherence to regulatory standards.
