Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer permits accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and process quarterly IFTA filings through GW Connect
• Process all types of Vehicle Titling and licensing transactions accurately and efficiently including IRP International Registration Plan.
• Process IFTA and state fuel tax filings, including New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Connecticut, and Kentucky.
• Prepare and process monthly Oregon and Connecuit reports for customers.
• Monitor and manage customer pending paperwork, permit renewals, and department logs to ensure timely completion.
• Process all required paperwork and permits for Intrastate and Interstate clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records, department logs, filing systems, and required documentation.
• Perform typing, data entry, and other administrative support duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide department phone coverage by answering incoming calls, assisting customers, and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain quarterly tax filings and related records for assigned customers.
• Perform bank deposits as assigned.
• Maintain an accurate weekly timesheet.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of department procedures and job documentation as requested.
• Complete assigned work in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and customer service goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures, including setting the building alarm, locking all doors, windows, filing cabinets, the safe, and outside storage areas, turning off lights, air conditioning, and ice machine and ensuring the office is secure before leaving.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
