Functional Title: Sales Support, Customer Service Coordinator, or Sales Coordinator Overview Sales Coordinator with a focus on Customer Service and Sales Support. This role supports internal sales teams while managing day-to-day customer service, order processing, and client communication. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both customers and sales, helping keep everything organized, responsive, and moving forward. What you’ll be doing Provide sales support to the internal team across multiple accounts Manage inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and website Handle order processing, order tracking, and issue resolution Act as an extension of the sales team, responding to client communication on their behalf Provide ongoing account support to customers and internal stakeholders Coordinate internally to ensure requests are handled quickly and accurately Maintain and track data in Excel and CRM systems What they’re looking for 3–12 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination Strong customer service and client communication skills Experience supporting sales teams or managing account-related requests Organized and responsive, able to manage multiple priorities Strong Excel skills, including VLookup and Pivot Tables Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to have Experience in wholesale, apparel, or consumer goods Exposure to order management in a product-based business Familiarity with CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
