Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Experience providing therapy to elderly populations and working with post‑acute care protocols preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
