Lead day-to-day site operations for a 5-story multifamily development Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety performance Coordinate field activities to maintain project milestones Drive team performance and foster a collaborative jobsite culture Oversee construction through completion and turnover phases

Our client is an established commercial and multifamily builder with more than 35 years of experience. Known for its employee-focused culture and long-tenured workforce, the company delivers projects across multiple Florida markets and maintains a reputation for client-focused project execution.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects Strong knowledge of block construction methods Ability to lead field teams and subcontractors effectively Track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule Multifamily project experience preferred but not required
