They will be self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully. Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility.
