Catalyst Labs is seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to oversee full cycle recruiting for engineering, design, and administrative roles. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of technical recruiting experience and a strong interest in AI and creative technologies. Responsibilities include refining the recruiting engine, monitoring funnel health, and collaborating closely with founders to define role scopes.
