City: New York City State: New York Professional Engineer Special Inspector - Part Time We’re seeking experienced and licensed Special Inspectors (P.E.) to join our growing team for immediate openings across the five boroughs. You’ll be part of projects that shape the city’s skyline and strengthen its infrastructure from complex high-rises to transportation hubs. This role will function in a part time as needed basis and you can accept or decline work based on your schedule. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture Minimum 3+ years of experience performing inspections in NYC (varied in size and complexity) Strong understanding of Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code and related inspection requirements Certificates, Licenses & Training Active Professional Engineer (P.E.)
