Digital Insights and Analytics Senior Manager

Abbott seeks a Senior Manager to lead digital customer experience strategy through advanced analytics and insights. The role involves owning the enterprise Customer Experience Index, scaling Voice of Customer programs, and driving data-informed improvements across business units to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise Customer Experience Index methodology, governance, and reporting
- Design and operationalize a closed-loop Voice of Customer program integrated into decision-making
- Lead customer journey mapping to identify friction points and prioritize CX improvements
- Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate customer needs and personalize experiences
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of CX best practices across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years in Customer Experience, analytics, digital marketing, or consulting
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience implementing CX measurement frameworks at scale
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer program design
- Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data
- Experience with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
Compensation: $129,300–$258,700 base
