Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems

• Manage and coordinate requests and tasks, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

• Monitor and report on maintenance activities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety
