Role Overview

As a Stylist, you are the heart of the Hollie Ray shopping experience. From the moment a customer walks through the door to the moment they leave with their purchase, you’ll create a warm, welcoming environment and help them find styles they love. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with people, and keeping a store looking its best.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, assist with styling, and complete purchases at checkout.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service that makes every customer feel valued.
• Actively engage with customers throughout their visit — no one shops unnoticed.
• Use product knowledge to give customers confidence in their purchase.
• Learn about the brands we carry and stay up to date on new arrivals.
• Understand product fit and care to help customers make informed choices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required).
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
• A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A willingness to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
