Location: Sonoma, CASetting: Mental Health clinic/remoteTerm: 52+ WeeksShift Schedule: Full TimePay Rate: $225-$275/hrA Psychiatric Clinic in downtown Sonoma, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our founding team.This independent contractor position offers psychiatrists $275 per hour in a direct-pay practice -eliminating insurance hassles and allowing for maximum autonomy in treatment decisions. Our model blends in-person intake days on Mondays and Fridays with tele-psychiatry sessions midweek (Tuesdays-Thursdays), providing families with both accessibility and flexibility.As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for youth while working closely with families, schools, and community providers.
