As a Service Manager, you will oversee takeout operations and the guest entry experience, assist in managing shift operations, and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Assist in managing shift operations and the day‑to‑day workflow. Coach and develop team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Create legendary experiences for guests and uphold the brand’s high standards. Engage with guests to deliver exceptional service and address guest concerns. Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Preferably you have: 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience. A general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
