Market Assistant Property Manager III

What you'll do: Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain target occupancy Lease apartments, oversee leasing activity, and approve rental applications Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns Coordinate resident activities and work with community partners as needed Collect rent, manage resident accounts, and assist with delinquency follow-up Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance activity Maintain accurate resident files and prepare required reports What we're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience 3+ years of property management experience Experience with affordable housing and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi What we offer: Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Leave: We provide paid time off plus holidays Retirement: We offer a 401k program with a company match From collaborative team building offsites to spontaneous office fun, we've created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and excited to come to work.
