Responsibilities Develop a client base and deepen knowledge of Bankers Life financial products and market trends. Acquire clients with financial solutions and drive them to action. Own your business and build a team. Utilize award‑winning training and mentorship to grow professionally and acquire required licenses. Qualifications Lifes & Health licenses and securities licensing or willingness to acquire licensing with support. Securities licensing may include Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Series 65, and CFP®. High level of self‑motivation and ability to accomplish goals independently. Past success in sales, competitive roles, client services, or client‑facing positions. Strong time‑management skills. Commitment to continuous learning.
