Job Description Psychiatrist Cincinnati, Ohio Full-Time | Part-Time | Collaborative | Evaluation-Based Options Available We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join a growing behavioral health team serving long-term care and skilled nursing facilities in the Cincinnati area. Position OptionsOption 1: Full-Time or Part-Time Psychiatrist Provide psychiatric care to patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities Conduct evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Support two experienced Nurse Practitioners clinically Option 2: Collaborative Physician (Oversight Role) Serve as the collaborative physician for two Psychiatric NPs Provide chart review, case consultation, and clinical guidance Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards Limited time commitment; flexible structure Must hold an active Ohio medical license. Cincinnati-area preference. Option 3: Expert Evaluations Only Conduct psychiatric expert evaluations within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities Provide documentation and clinical recommendations No ongoing medication management required Flexible scheduling For evaluation-only role, physician must be physically located in the Cincinnati area.
