Drawing inspiration from California's seasonal bounty and global flavors, our culinary team creates menus that celebrate both artistry and authenticity. Leading this vision is German Certified Master Chef Andreas Roller, whose career spans international luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants and premier catering venues.

The Cook is responsible for the following:

• Working across a variety of kitchen stations, mastering preparation, cooking, and presentation in a high-volume environment.
• Execute refined service with precision, speed, and pride.
• Take ownership during service and step up as a leader in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
• Assist senior chefs in planning and preparing quality service across all food and beverage operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, consistency, sanitation, and safe food handling

Requirements

• A motivated team-player who wants to grow, learn, and lead.
• Experienced in high-volume or upscale kitchens (1–5 years preferred).
• Holds a high school diploma or culinary certification; comfortable with basic computer and inventory systems.
• Professional in communication, teamwork, and appearance.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour - $23.00/hour
